Product Description

Spin Flash Dryer is a combination of crushing, pneumatic drying and fluidizing drying. It is used for drying material of gruel, cake, slurry, and low-paste rubber by ways of continuous drying. Instead of traditional drying methods with long time and intermittence, it is an economic drying method by using Spin Flash Dryer to dry material with high solid viscous material.

Spin Flash Dyer is superior to spray dryer. The Spin Flash Dyer can feed the material directly and can reduce the consumption of power. Spin Flash Dyer can complete drying process instantly. With high temperature air as the medium, the material will not be too hot.

Equipment Features
1. Feeding System:
The special designed feeding system makes the black and cake material convert into continuous flowing material. To feed the material into the chamber at a fixed rate, the special type-feeding inlet can complete different kinds of material conveying and feeding.

2. Drying Chamber:
It is a vertical tube with inverted conical bottom equipped with a rotor. The inverted conical bottom and air radial clearance are the key parts for material to be fluid.

3. Hot Air System:
The key part for the Spin Flash Dyer is the balance and mach of hot air power system and de-dust system. We have rich experience in design, fabrication, and application to the equipment.
